The machine uses a reinforced welded steel frame with aging treatment. Even during long, uninterrupted printing, the frame is resistant to deformation, helping maintain accurate image positioning on large boards. A zoned vacuum adsorption table securely holds both thin and thick boards to prevent warping or movement during printing.

An automatic height-measuring and anti-collision system automatically avoids materials with different heights, protecting the printheads from damage. A white-ink circulation and stirring system helps prevent white ink from settling and clogging during long production runs, making the machine suitable for intensive two-shift factory operation.

The printer supports simultaneous color ink, white ink, and varnish printing, enabling full-color graphics, 3D embossed effects, and localized gloss effects. LED-UV cooled Chiller curing instantly cures the ink, so finished products can be shipped immediately without air-drying or waiting.

Every machine undergoes extended aging tests before shipment to identify potential faults in advance. An operation manual and remote technical support are also provided to facilitate commissioning and subsequent maintenance.
