The printhead is the core component of a printing device, responsible for precisely jetting or depositing ink (or toner) onto the printing medium. Its performance directly influences print quality, speed, and operational stability.

Maintenance and Precautions
Regular Cleaning: Perform cleaning periodically (recommended once a week) to prevent ink from drying and clogging the nozzles.

Environmental Control: Maintain humidity between 40–60% and temperature between 20–30°C.

Critical Precautions:

  • Do not touch the nozzles with your hands (static electricity can easily damage the piezoelectric crystals).
  • Always power off the device before replacing a printhead to prevent electrical short circuits.
